Overview
This furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment sits above a primary residence’s 3 car garage and is adjacent to the owner’s personal home. You will have your own private entrance in addition to uncovered parking for 1-2 cars (end-to-end, not side-by-side).
*As this is a second story apartment situated over a garage, you will need to use a set of stairs (8 steps), enter through the main (only) entrance door, then use another set of stairs (10 steps) up to the apartment. There is no elevator available, please review pictures closely.
Upon entering the space, you will find a spacious living room and kitchen with all these amenities: Microwave/AirFryer; Single Cup Keurig; Wine Fridge; and Double Ovens. The Living Room has a large smart TV, you’ll need to have your favorite streaming apps logins available to view. There is a beautiful Romeo&Juliet expanded balcony that provides a gorgeous view of Phoenix’s famous Camelback Mountain. Refrain from using the balcony, smoking is only allowed outside and down the main entrance stairs.

Bedroom 3: has a Queen Bed, closet with shelves, hangars and luggage rack, ceiling fan, and a Smart TV (you’ll need to have your favorite streaming apps logins available to view)

Outdoor Space: there is a small uncovered patio space for you to enjoy, offering some seating. This is the only space that can be used for smoking, as smoking is not allowed inside. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
Family and dog on-site: The property owners are a family of 4 with a friendly Labrador that lives adjacent to apartment. Please be respectful to the homeowners and neighbors/neighborhood by observing quiet hours between 10p-8a daily.

Rent is $3,500/month, plus $2,000 security deposit and $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. Depending on mid-term duration, additional cleanings may be required at an additional charge.
