Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the lease with 60 days’ written notice. Early termination by the tenant may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Renewal Terms: The lease may be renewed for an additional 12-month term upon mutual agreement between the landlord and tenant. Any changes in rent or terms will be negotiated during renewal.
Pets: Pets are allowed on the property with an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet. The tenant is responsible for any damages caused by pets.
Insurance: The tenant must maintain renter’s insurance to cover personal belongings and liability.
Occupancy: The property is designated for residential use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes.
